Leading the way in drone inspection

At Drone Eksperten, we combine innovation, expertise and advanced technology to deliver accurate and efficient drone inspections. We specialise in inspecting hard-to-reach areas where traditional methods are often expensive, time-consuming and risky.

We inspect roofs, facades, bridges, wind turbines and other structures where our airborne drones can quickly and safely document damage or wear and tear. Drones reduce the need for scaffolding, lifts and cranes, making the inspection both more efficient and safer.

For confined spaces, we use the Elios 3 drone, designed to navigate industrial environments such as chimneys, flues, silos and sewers. With a 4K camera, LiDAR scanner and protective grids, we can perform drone inspections without putting personnel at risk.

Whatever the task, we ensure faster, safer and more economical solutions with detailed documentation, including images, video, 3D modelling and inspection reports to give our customers the best possible decision-making basis.

Efficient drone inspections

We emphasise thorough planning and high quality in the material we deliver – whether it’s video, photos or 3D scans. After an inspection, we either use AI (Artificial Intelligence) to quickly identify faults and damage or use advanced software to analyse and visualise data. With this technology, we can also create detailed 3D models and map construction sites, agricultural areas or other complex structures with great accuracy.

Drone Eksperten performs fast and accurate inspections with advanced drone technology. We cover a wide range of tasks – from overflights in insurance cases to assessing the condition of buildings, including roofs, gutters and facades. In addition, we specialise in the inspection of confined spaces, large boilers, sewers, ship tanks and closed industrial installations. With drone inspection, we can effectively document damage and provide an accurate assessment of its extent.

Drones are particularly suitable for inspecting high-rise buildings, large building structures, wind turbines, bridges, chimneys. Compared to traditional methods using cranes or ropes, drone inspection is a safer, faster and often more economical solution.

3D modelling and mapping

We are experts in creating detailed 3D models of buildings, structures, sewers, construction sites and more, giving our customers a quick and accurate overview of their assets. Using advanced drone technology, we can collect large amounts of data and transform it into accurate digital models that can be used for inspection, planning and maintenance.

In addition to building and infrastructure modelling, we also offer mapping of construction sites and large areas. This allows contractors to get an up-to-date and detailed view of their project, optimising both planning and resource consumption.

We can also provide Scan to BIM, where we translate drone-based 3D scans into detailed building information models (BIM).

Whether you need an accurate 3D model, site mapping or Scan to BIM, we deliver solutions that are fast, accurate and value-creating for our customers.

Frequently asked questions

What types of inspections can Drone Eksperten perform?

We use advanced drones like Elios 3, equipped with a 4K camera, LiDAR scanner and protective grid. We also use AI and software to analyse and visualise data and create detailed 3D models.

We also use DJI drones, such as the DJI Mavic series and Matrice series. Both drones with various payloads to solve different tasks.

We can do all kinds of drone inspections. We have most drone equipment in-house – and if you come with a task we don’t have the equipment for, we rent it.

We offer inspections of properties, construction sites, solar panels, wind turbines and ships. In enclosed spaces, we do many drone inspections in sewers, power plants, large production facilities and oil and gas tanks.

An inspection is an examination or evaluation of something, typically aimed at identifying possible faults, defects or violations of standards or regulations. Inspections can be performed in a wide range of areas such as construction, roofs, ships, wind turbines, sewers and more. Inspections are usually carried out by specialists or authorities and provide a result that can be used to make the right decisions about repairs, improvements or sanctions.

At Drone Eksperten, we conduct drone inspections, using highly advanced drones and technologies to inspect many of the areas where a normal inspector cannot go, either for safety reasons or because it is simply not possible.

Drone inspection refers to the use of UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles), better known as drones, to perform aerial inspections of buildings, infrastructure or other structures. More recently, indoor drones have also been introduced, which can be used to inspect sewers, power plants, ship tanks, etc.

Drones can now be equipped with cameras, sensors and other equipment that allow them to inspect areas that are normally difficult or dangerous for humans to access. Inspections of bridges, wind turbines, roofs and oil rigs, for example, are all areas where drones can help identify potential problems and damage and reduce the risk of dangerous situations arising.

Drone inspection can be used for a wide range of purposes, including inspection of buildings, agriculture, infrastructure, environment and nature. Drone inspection helps identify potential faults and problems, monitor changes over time, and reduce both the cost and risk of traditional inspection methods. Some examples of drone inspection applications are wind turbines, oil platforms, railways, bridges, sewers and agriculture.

Drone inspection is beneficial in situations where normal inspection methods are difficult, dangerous or expensive. With drones, you can easily inspect areas that are normally difficult for humans to access, such as tall buildings or bridges.

Drones can also be used to inspect dangerous areas such as oil rigs or forest fires, where you no longer have to put human lives at risk.

By utilising drones for inspections, tasks can often be completed much faster and more cost-effectively compared to traditional inspection methods, helping to reduce downtime and costs for good reason.

Yes, we provide everything from an interactive inspection report, PDF report, video analysis, file backup on OneDrive and, if applicable, a 3D model in AutoCAD or Revit.
